On Wednesday, April 08, 2009 beginning at 5:00 pm (EST) until Monday, April 13, 2009, enter to win two tickets to see Tony Bennett live at the Motor City Casino on April 17, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. at the Motor City Casino Hotel. Winner will also receive a signed copy of Tony Bennett’s book, Tony Bennett in the Studio: A Life of Art & Music, and a signed copy of his CD, Tony Bennett Sings the Ultimate American Songbook.
Mitch’s good friend Tony Bennett will be performing at the Motor City Casino Hotel in Detroit on Friday, April 17th and has given Mitch two free tickets to share with fans.
Tony is no stranger to Detroit, as he performed at the benefit launch party for Mitch’s recent bestseller, For One More Day. Held at the Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit, the 2006 event raised money for several Detroit charities devoted to helping homeless people through S.A.Y. Detroit and A Time to Help. Mitch and Tony first met when Mitch wrote a piece about Tony for Parade Magazine.
