I teach reluctant low readers and I asked if I could teach The Five People. It was approved. We began and the kids got hooked, when we stopped, they asked for more. At the 5th person, the emotional reaction was almost holy. I had kids crying, some got goose bumps, it was ethereal and when we finished, they said it was the best book they ever read. This from kids who don’t and won’t read.
