January 2011 A Time to Help Project

Date:  January 29, 2011     |     Time:  9:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m.

Project:  Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a non-profit community development organization which is acquring and renovating 50 houses in the next year which will be sold to low/moderate income households with down payment assistance and homeonwer counseling.  Volunteers will help to renovate 2 houses and will be painting and pulling up carpet and tacks.

 **PLEASE BRING GLOVES AND WEAR CLOSE TOED SHOES.

Parking:  There is plenty of street parking in front of house.
