About This Episode

Is Blue Monday really the most depressing day of the year? We’re one day on the other side of it and are hoping that all of our Tuesday People made it through Blue Monday unscathed. Whether the science behind the third Monday of January is real or not, we do know that depression is. And on today’s Tuesday People episode, host Mitch Albom and producer Lisa Goich – along with words from Morrie Schwartz – discuss the Monday thru Sunday blues, and how relationships and the people around us can help us heal.

Everyone gets blue once in awhile it is normal, but keep busy with people and stuff and you won’t have time to be blue. A person’s attentions go with projects and stuff that is going on.
