About This Episode

We’re all born into a body that we spend most of our lives being self-conscious of. We’re too fat, we’re too skinny, we’re too short, we’re too tall – we spend so much time on our external selves, that we often forget about those things we should value on the inside. On today’s episode of the Tuesday People podcast, host Mitch Albom and producer Lisa Goich talk about “the cartons we are shipped in,” and how Morrie felt about the changes in his own body as his ALS progressed. And how, even as we age, we should embrace all that we are, inside and out.
