When there are alternatives available, and the primary person has other roles to play in their loved one’s life: the role of wife, the role of husband, the role of child. Who will be your caregiver when you are in need? Would you make a good caregiver for the loved ones in your life? Tune in today as we discuss the many facets of this very important job.
I have always been the caregiver. That is who I am , best friend, good listener. I took care of my Ma and Dad and my husband and son and helped out with my sister years ago. My husband also helped me out when I had a surgery. He was very attentive during that time. He made sure I was okay. When he had gotten out of the hospital I had a nurse come once a week to take blood or check on him for a while . We managed just fine and then after I moved where I now am I got away to the beach with my magazines a few times a week for about an hour or so just to get away and what a life saver that was. Water is the most relaxing place to go and get away.
