About This Episode
Society and the media love to stir the pot and make us believe we’re living in an “us against them” world. There is “our side” and “our enemies’ side,” and no middle ground in between. While common enemies can sometimes bring a country together, more often than not, they are thrown in our paths to divide us. On today’s Tuesday People podcast, host Mitch Albom discusses how love, understanding of others, and finding common ground can go a long way toward bringing us together, rather than pushing us further apart.
Glad you had some chicken soup for the cold. It should be homemade though. The best. Fruit, jello , juices, apple sauce I do not recommend that. Vernors and water, is good. Anyway getting back to the subject. Who needs enemies. There are people that provoke it. I do not hate anyone. I may dislike but I do not hate. I may not trust some but again I do not hate. You can’t make people like you. Being kind isn’t in everyone’s personality. It is in mine but some like to try to strike that down I think. Let’s get her mad at us they may be thinking. I just let it brush over me and know that it is a reflection on them and not me.
Anyway get over a cold. Something else that may be good for you is using listerine. The best and kills 99% germs in the throat.
