Happy New Year, Tuesday People! On today’s episode, host Mitch Albom talks about resolutions. In particular, the need for all of us to be more inclusive when it comes to welcoming “others” into our lives. Instead of excluding those outside of our immediate circle – those who may not mirror our beliefs or lifestyle – embrace them. The more we objectify outsiders as “others,” the less we’re going to care about them. How about welcoming a stranger into your life today?
Happy 2022. I deal with strangers all the time. Some of them I know because I seem them come into the store on a regular basis while others are strangers to me and I have always tried to help them. I think that as a whole people are more needy than they used to be. They ask for help all the time with life in general. That is okay . It is just the way it is. The store has Covid tests and we get a lot of them every week . We run out all the time. They buy so many tests. I will be happy when the time comes that this gets more under control. These last two years people have been very moody . I try to be as nice as I can regardless. I am looking forward to a great new year.
