About This Episode
Sometimes it’s not the big issues between us and the ones we love that cut to the core. Often, it’s an accumulation of the little things that we do to one another that can really damage relationships. On today’s episode of the Tuesday People podcast, host Mitch Albom discusses these microinsensitivities, and how being mindful of the little breadcrumbs we leave behind can go a long, long way.
The little things do matter and I am a very sensitive person anyway an empath so when I was younger I felt like I had to keep quiet but as I got older I decided the best way was to say something to feel better for me and to make sure I got things straightened out right away.
After battling 4 cancers and being given 6 months to live in 2009, I now am on a mission much like you.
To share with others the importance of time.
My exact words to the doctors when told I had six months, “You be the doctor and let God be the Timekeeper” You see I don’t believe we come with a toe tag expiration date, but I do believe we come for a purpose – Our responsibility is to figure out what our purpose is. I am the messenger- it is my purpose.
I would love to talk to you one day when you have a moment, to talk about the Philosophies you have that I admire. I pray that would be able to happen since your mission to listen to others and their experiences–would make Morrie a happy guy.
Sure I am a good listener and I am interested in knowing what philosophies that I have that you admire
